Sangamam - Dec 23
Sangamam, an initiative of the Shibulal Family Philanthropic Initiatives, is a platform dedicated to promoting and celebrating Indian classical music and dance forms. The initiative aims to bring artists closer to their admirers and foster a deeper appreciation for these rich cultural traditions.
In December 2023, Sangamam hosted its sixth edition, featuring a captivating Bharatnatyam performance by Kalaanjna Academy of Arts. The event was moderated by the esteemed Meghana Karthik, who also choreographed a stunning one-hour piece on the Dashavatara for her team, adding an extra layer of insight and engagement to the evening.
Sangamam continues to be a vibrant hub for the arts, providing opportunities for artists to showcase their talents and for audiences to immerse themselves in the beauty and diversity of Indian classical music and dance.

Kalaajnaarpanam - July 22
A biennial dance festival that aims at providing a platform for students at Kalaajna to perform and showcase their learnings in front of eminent artists in the field of Dance and Music.
The inception of Kalaajnaarpanam bore from Guru Meghana Karthik's own personal journey during the early stages of her career as a Bharatanatyam artist in finding platforms to showcase her talents. As a teacher, however, she wants to provide better opportunities for her students to showcase their learnings and growth amongst fellow Kalaajnans.
Kalaajnaarpanam '22 is Kalaajna Academy's maiden event and we hope that all of you can grace the budding performers with your presence and support them in their cause.
Date: 31 July 2022
